Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As a Master Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 3 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 7 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.

The HealthInsurance Master PrincipalSales Consultant (SC)will be responsible for supporting the Oracle Health Insurance Sales Organizationin North America, from both a technical and commercial perspective.
Understand client business needs and requirements by workingdirectly with the Oracle Insurance sales division across the Americas, withspecific focus on the US market.
Utilize your deep understanding of health insurance, in order to demonstratevalue to prospective clients. Favorable adjudication will be given tocandidates that can offer deep knowledge of the Health Insurance Payer sector.
Conduct solution gap analysis in collaboration with Oracle Consulting, to determinerequirements to deploy OHI solution at customers.
Conduct client demonstrations (both webcast and live) tailored to meet new andongoing sales related activity.
Respond to RFP/RFI (Request for proposal/information) for Oracle HealthInsurance
Support the sales group in terms of positioning our products and services todisplace competitors during the sales process.
Prepare requirement and functional specifications to support client engagements
Influence product development based on prospect interactions, market trends,local country requirements.
Communicate product information, changes and direction to sales managers.
Understand current business / industry environment including relevantregulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
This person must have a minimum of 10 years health insuranceexperience. Favorable responses will be given to candidates that have deepindustry knowledge of the Healthcare Payer market. With this experience, andassessment will be made as to whether the candidate can accommodate thetechnology skills required to be successfully trained on OHI.
Strong technology skills can be demonstrated to ensure that the capacity tobuild the technical demonstrations that are required can be built out to thestandards that are currently part of the OHI solution set.
Strong industry knowledge of the broader health insurance market and vendorlandscape, but with specific focus on the US market.
Strong demonstrable ability to create the value proposition and solutiondocuments, and in some cases, the business case for change.
Relationship management experience with Corporate Customers, either in apresales or delivery role (eg as a Consultant or Project Manager)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
Strong analytical skills & ability to understand and capture businessrequirements
Mobile across US (travel between 25 to 50%)
Must be proficient in English and additional languages a plus
