City Wide Maintenance Account Manager in Beavercreek, Ohio

Account Manager

Our local, family-owned company, City Wide Maintenance of Dayton, is growing and we are seeking an Account Manager (AM) to join our team. The primary duties for the Account Manager include being the day to day, one point of contact for the commercial properties where we provide services.

Our AMs serve as the local point of contact with clients and perform inspections on all accounts on a scheduled basis to ensure work performed satisfies company and client quality standards. They also manage, expand, and diversify client relationships with an eye toward potential add-on sales opportunities. AMs train/develop their Night Manager(s) on how to work with employees, Service Providers, and crew members to meet/exceed client expectations. AMs also implement company policies and procedures associated with client service levels.

AM's spend their days maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving additional sales and profitability goals and resolving customer service issues. As an AM you will be able to work with a high level of autonomy on a daily basis but will still have access to support from the Director of Operations and our administrative support team. Following your initial training period, you will also have discretion to complete non-field related work from either our office, or remotely.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Prior experience in Account Manager, Business to Business Sales, Account Representative, or other customer service route based positions preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to type at least 40 wpm required
  • Must have a valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation and a clean driving record
