Tradesmen International, Inc. Production Assembler in BEAVER DAM, Wisconsin


We are are currently looking for assemblers working in an industrial setting. Looking for 1st shift (5am - 4pm Monday through Thursday, 5am - 3pm Friday), 3rd shift (5pm - 4am Monday through Thursday, 5pm - 3am Friday), and a weekend shift (5am - 5pm Friday through Sunday). Higher pay is available for weekend shift. Biggest need is on 3rd shift but other shifts may be available.

Overtime could be available for all shifts. 1-3 months of related experience or schooling preferred.


Job Summary:

Assemble machines, equipment, and their subassemblies following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Read and understand blueprints

  • Assemble functional parts of enclosures and tanks using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straight edges

  • May be qualified in the use of forklifts, cranes, and other lifting apparatus to aide in the assembly processs

  • Assemble and install electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery and equipment

  • Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine sequence of operations and setup requirements

  • May operate welding equipment to cut or weld parts

  • Follow work instructions from general description. Confer with supervisor or others to resolve assembly problems

  • Clean and organize work area
