Riley Excavating & Contracting, Inc. Office Manager in Bayshore, New York
Office Management position in commercial construction company.
Responsibilities will include the following:
* Accounts payable.
* Accounts receivable.
* Monthly reconciliations.
* General ledger/bookkeeping.
* Quarterlys, annuals, year end financials.
* Payroll with benefit firm counterpart.
* Taxes - Income, payroll, corporate, etc.
* Commercial trucking documents - permits, registrations, taxes, etc.
* AIA contracts and billing.
* Must have at least 10 years experience as an office manager.
* Must have at least 5 years experience in construction industry.
* Reliable, professional, multi-tasker.
* Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00.
* Ability to coordinate with accountants, bankers, insurance agency, clients, vendors, as well as interoffice communications.
* Must have excellent knowledge in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Outlook.
