They take to market a product portfolio that includes PCs, electronics, accessories, mobility products, enterprise solutions, services and packaged software. Inside Sales Management is all about managing, inspiring and motivating professionals at all levels to deliver against targets. Beyond day-to-day people management, our team also shapes, executes and communicates specific sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group

  • Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce

  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members

  • Manager of individual contributors and/or leaders who motivate and drive the inside sales organization to meet or exceed performance objectives through effective management of frontline sales managers and resources

  • Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group leaders, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company

  • Manages, through subordinate supervisors and leaders, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing

  • Influences and participates in the quota setting process at the team/individual level

  • Coordinates (where appropriate) operations and manages the relationship between inside and field sales personnel

  • Provides direction, development and inspiration to the team members in the organization

  • Understands the market in which the company operates, including our business/industry, our competitors and uses that knowledge to plan for the future.

  • Drives superior customer experience by delivering technology solutions tailored to customer needs while ensuring the removal of barriers and driving strategic alignment in the group, responsible for a overall quota. Frequently helps in the development of reps by particpating in call shadowing.

Essential Requirements

  • Top inside sales leader in business/vertical or site/ Second level manager

  • Manages multiple teams of sales reps

  • Expert in training and developing Sales and Area Managers and serves as a coach and a mentor for Regional Sales Managers

  • Leads team´s business acumen and customer knowledge

  • Drives the strategy andsets priorities for inside team and actively participates and leads efforts to set focus of vertical/business representing the entire organization

  • Leads efforts to drive focus with cross-business functions and leads efforts to drive business process improvement efforts for the entire organization

  • Carries the greatest amount of complexity and revenue responsibility in a segment/vertical

  • Expert understanding of complexities of the environment and works to solve complex business issues

  • High level of understanding of the market in which the company operates, including our business/industry, our competitors and uses that knowledge to drive the strategy of vertical/business by coordinating efforts with Outside SalesMay have Country Manager or Site Lead responsibility

  • Expert ability to set priorities and keeps team focused on the important tasks

  • Expert at influencing others and driving the achievement of objectives through subordinate leaders

  • Expert ability to build sales forecasts

  • Expert in driving leadership and people development by building teams/Workforce Plans

  • Executive level presence.

  • Able to comfortably and naturally interface with the media and customers

  • Strong understanding of the customer/industry climate

Qualification

· Typically 15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

· Typically requires 7+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience)
