The position of the Project Business Analyst is established within the Downstream Retail IT – Marketing, Cards and Loyalty Competency Centre, Loyalty & Campaign Team.
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bring strong analytical, problem solving, vendor management and stakeholder capabilities, to work on high profile projects that involve some of the latest technologies and deliver value directly to the bottom line of Shell Retail.
This role is responsible for working closely with the Thailand Marketing teams to advise, deliver and enhance Customer Value Propositions to Shell customers. Shell Retail is currently working aggressively to adopt a digital first mentality which you will be at the forefront of to ensure that value is being delivered through IT solutions.
This position is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders and customers on the digital transformation that Shell Retail is currently undergoing, over the next few years you will have an opportunity to work on projects that consist of real time marketing, mobile interaction, customer communication and further initiatives on the digital agenda

Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor or master degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or a related discipline
Certification in the Business Analysis (CCBA as a minimum)
Total 2 to 4 Years’ professional experience
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience as a business analyst
Knowledge of Key Parameters architecture, PCI compliance and Payment Security
Experience working in agile projects
Knowledge of integration solutions in a large landscape
Demonstrable track record in working in software developments groups and virtual working.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Team player, communicative, accurate and pragmatic
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively and manage relationships with key stakeholders, peers and subordinates in a virtual, geographically dispersed and cross-cultural environment.
Nice to have
Experience working with marketing teams
Involved with vendor management
Scrum Master experience/certifications

An ability to understand the needs of the business, what the value drivers are and then take this understanding to deliver solutions to the business that will then increase their value
The capability to identify opportunities where value can be added and proactively delivering to stakeholders
The capability to challenge stakeholders when decisions are made
Be able to ask questions and provide points of clarity
Good understanding of the full development life cycle. Agile framework with SCRUM.
Understand of the use of VSTS and GIT repository is desirable
Experience with unit testing, performance testing, profiling and code coverage tools
