PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Manager, RE&F Performance & Business Operations is responsible for leading efforts related to reporting of metrics, key performance indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence within RE&F. This individual is responsible for managing control documents that define and standardize how real estate and facilities services are provided throughout the enterprise. Additionally, this individual is also responsible for data governance, standards, and standardization of technology across the enterprise. The position participates with the RE&F leadership to develop RE&F business strategies and plans. Provides support of day-to-day RE&F operations to provide guidance in the areas of RE&F programs and business operations support, analytical and project support, knowledge management and communication strategies.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead governance actions related to creating and updating real estate management model control documents that define process standards for delivering service throughout the enterprise. Directs activities related to Real Estate & Facilities key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and benchmarking initiatives
Provide oversight for the strategic direction, development and implementation of RE&F business operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate and communicate across all RE&F areas, functional areas, and operating companies to align RE&F strategic plans and supporting programs
Manage and provide oversight for the development and implementation of technology solutions and associated business processes; including performance metrics and management of cross functional stakeholder project teams. Establishes processes to ensure the standardization of real estate technology across the enterprise, as well as the quality and accuracy of real estate data
Perform and provide oversight for the development of analytical tools needed to support the RE&F through the use of market intelligence, business case support, and analytical support
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
7 years of relevant experience in a functional business operations or performance management role
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience; demonstrated effectiveness with performance management
Knowledge of corporate real estate business operations, key performance indicators, industry benchmarks, and reporting
Customer service orientation with the ability to build consensus, establish trust, and provide solutions
Strong oral and written communication skills
Masters degree in related field
Management experience performing in a real estate and facilities role
Relevant analytics or reporting certifications
Maintains currency on real estate and facilities industry trends and developments to inform plans and solutions that reflect leading industry practices
Operate effectively within a geographically distributed organization
