The HR Systems Administrator will be responsible for development and support of data management of HR enterprise-wide systems and innovative reporting solutions in support of strategic human resource initiatives. The HR Systems Administrator will utilize expert knowledge, skills, and abilities to develop, distribute, and support human resources reports, as needed. As the 'super user' for JHHSC Human Resources, the HR Systems Administrator is responsible for providing first line support and manage systems administration for all users of the HR systems. Provide high quality HR systems support across the organization, integrate the SAP system and data with all other HR systems, develop HR data accuracy and integrity with health system and department users, and produce regular management information.

Day Shift

40 hours per week

8:00 am - 5:00 pm


Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Statistics, Information Technology or related field required. Minimum of two years of HR system administration, HR systems customer support or HR Information Systems experience required. Experience with user administration and table maintenance including Security, Reporting, data loads, form routing, end-user troubleshooting, etc. is preferred. Experience with SAP, Success Factors or other similar HR ERP system is strongly preferred.
