Rehab Services (Post Acute)

Grade: 91

Job Duties:FIM Coordinator supports the Physical Medicine and Rehab inpatient rehab program. Coordinator manages program outcomes data and rehab program specific coding for CMS and CARF regulatory compliance and program outcomes management. Reviews medical records and abstracts relevant data for various purposes.

Part Time (36 hours)

Day Shift

Work requires the type of knowledge typically obtained by receiving an Associate's degree in Human Services, Nursing or related field.

Two years of previous work experience in an inpatient health care facility. Knowledge of rehabilitation therapies and programs is required. Two years of medical coding and experience with UDS/IRF-PAI data management is strongly preferred.
