Director - Credentialing
Directs the overall operations, development and management of the Department of Credentialing/Payor Credentialing. Ensures that all credentialing and accreditation processes and procedures are completed in accordance with established regulatory and policy requirements.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field; 5-7 years experience; CPCS or CPMSM certification within 3 years; Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Standard Office Equipment; Medical terminology; Critical thinking skills; Internet; Demonstrates the ability to follow verbal instructions; Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively verbally; Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively in writing; Demonstrates the ability to negotiate on the company's behalf.
