The Global People Operations team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Leading with care and empathy, we develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We deliver data that is useful and accurate to create People-related strategies across the business. We manage people knowledge and build project management capability across our company. Our work also ensures Facebook remains protected and compliant. The People Services Specialist, part of Facebook's Global People Operations team, will work to deliver consistent accurate data and standard processes across the entire employee lifecycle. This role will be primarily responsible for executing HR processes, and will be a primary contact in auditing and supporting core processes for off-boarding. The role will involve close partnership with the Legal, Employee Relations, People Operations, Payroll, Global Mobility, and HRBP teams. The ideal person exhibits patience, attention to detail, teamwork, motivation, and an upbeat attitude.
Provide outstanding support to employee and internal stakeholder inquiries around off-boarding processes, policy, and issues
Prepare agreements, packets, and support post-employment logistics for departed employees
Handle inbound employee inquiries, identify needs, process necessary transactions in Workday, Salesforce and other systems, and escalate issues
Work on improvement projects and support project and program-related work
Execute the delivery of transactions and processes
Maintain a commitment to our service level agreements (SLAs) around responsiveness and customer satisfaction
Maintain documentation for each case and process
Complete regular data quality reviews and audits
4+ years experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations or Employment Law
Customer service experience
Analytical and problem solving experience
Experience handling employee experiences and experience managing confidential data
Experience interacting with all levels of an organization
Computer experience with MS Office applications
Shared services experience
Experience with Salesforce and Workday (or alternate HRIS system)
Experience working in a global, large-scale, complex, fast-paced environment
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
