Summary of Job:

The Customer Service Agent answers inbound calls relating to customer questions on the Driver Responsibility Program. Notifies and provides information to customers establishing financial arrangements and answers questions about the repayment process.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year of customer service or call center experience

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Typing of a minimum of 25 words per minute

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to learn and have a comprehensive knowledge of the Driver Responsibility Program

  • Neatness and attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

  • Ability to improve questioning and listening skills

  • Ability to learn how to work independently

  • Patience and tact in working with customers, sometimes in stressful situations

  • Promptness and accountability

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time

  • Must have dependable transportation necessary to meet the job requirements and schedule

  • Must have proficient computer skills

  • Must be flexible in shift hours


Training Class Schedule (first 2-3 weeks):

Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

Transition Schedule (2 weeks after training):

Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM

Department Hours (Must have open availability during these times):

Monday - Thursday: 8AM - 9PM

Friday: 8AM - 6PM

Rotating Saturdays 8AM - 12PM
