Transformation Program Management is a worldwide team that’s vital to the ongoing evolution of Dell. It has an impact on users, processes, technology and organisational change in business units right across the company. We lead on global, enterprise-wide, foundation programs, often valued above $50M, that use the Engineering Program Management protocol. It’s all about using strong technical knowledge and identifying industry best practices to enrich program solutions.
Typically responsible for large sized or complex projects or significant components of multiple programs. Includes collaboration across 30+ functional teams to launch products or capabilities on the existing or enhanced "Dell normal" processes and tools.
Leads efforts to transform regional, legacy Dell process to global, industry-standard base design points, with exceptions made for local legal requirements and Dell differentiation aligned with core corporate strategic objectives
Program typically a portion of a larger process transformation May have matrix-management budget responsibility achieving a program’s benefits/value and staying within approved budget. Can roll-up into a larger program/portfolio budget/benefit.
Typically part of one or several Lifecycles (Strategy to Launch, Market to Quote, Order to Delivery to Cash, Plan to Manufacture, Procure to Pay, Service Delivery Management, Issue to Prevention, Account to Report, Talent Lifecycle)
Typically part of one or several Work streams (Architecture, Reporting/Information Management, Master Data Management, Technology, Organizational Change Management, Value Management, Tax, Security & Controls)
Large programs, may be complex
Program sponsorship and phase exit approval by a VP
Strong technical knowledge across multiple Dell functions, tools and processes
Industry relevant experience across one or multiple industries to identify industry best practices and incorporate them into the proposed program
Program relevant skill set preferred with extensible skills across technology, org change management, tax, security and controls, etc.

Typically requires 10+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 7+ years and a Master's degree.
This role is to lead the E2E enablement of ISG Product launches on DSA/Gii, focusing on functional processes and tools in conjunction with the new key capabilities being deployed to bridge the experience differences for sales and customer in MyQuotes/SAP.
