Raytheon Operations and Maintenance Liaison in Aurora, Colorado

This is a temporary position of undetermined length. Perform Customer Representative Duties: Enforce Aurora Architectural Compatibility Stds, oversee construction, Inspect as necessary, track schedule and costs, Develop, route, track Methods of Procedures (MOPs), escort, schedule meetings with stakeholders, develop minutes, reports, recommend project delivery strategy, assist in contract language development, draft RFPs/IFBs for construction, operation, and maintenance requirements—additional duties as assigned. Required Skills: Past experience in managing projects over $1M, experience with drawings and specifications related to mech/elect upgrades and repairs to data centers, understanding and experience with the International Building Code, experience and understanding of City of Aurora inspection, use-tax, permitting, Understanding the unique aspects of Aurora Campus infrastructure in the absence of as-built utility drawings, Managing the Raytheon Method off Procedures (MOP) risk mitigation process is a must.
