Assistant or Associate Professor - Physician or PhD Scientist in Polycystic Kidney Disease

The Division of Renal Diseases and Hypertension at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking an experienced board-certified Nephrology physician or PhD scientist in the area of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD).

The candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to conduct impactful research in the area of polycystic kidney disease (PKD) and participate in the PKD Translational Group research program. The ideal candidate will have a record of scholarly productivity, mentorship and have received funding from the National Institute of Health or other Federal Funding agencies.

The candidate will be recommended for appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

The Division of Renal Diseases and Hypertension is internationally renowned for its clinical and research programs. In addition, as one of the largest Nephrology research and training program in the Country, the Division is also internationally recognized for its role in producing academic leaders in Nephrology. The Division has trained a large number of academic Nephrology physicians in this Country who are currently practicing. The Division consists of over 50 faculty located in three hospitals and one research institute. These include University of Colorado Hospital, Denver Veterans Administration Hospital, and Denver Health.
