Job PurposeThis entry level Trade Operations Analyst will be responsible for 24 hour help desk support of all trade operations and customer support.ResponsibilitiesProvide first lineresponse to customer trading and system functionality questions and issues;record all queries in customer tracking systemLearn proprietarytrading system functionality and back office support to effectively communicatewith customers and bring resolution to all customer queriesCoordinate withcustomer technology staff and the ICE sales team to assist in setting up newusers and resolving customer issues on an ongoing basisReal-timesurveillance of electronic trading activity in ICE Futures products on ICEProvide training onthe ICE website, trading platform functionality, and specific tradinginformation related to OTC and futures marketsAssist in qualityassurance testing of new system functionality, support ongoing tests of systemback-up capabilities, and assess need for regular software upgrades to thetrading systemMonitor the healthand usage of all systems and vendors supporting the platform, escalatingpersistent or high-priority problems to the appropriate staffProduce periodicoperational reports, document and update internal procedures, and assist withspecial projects as neededProvide front-linecustomer service supportProvide a quickturn-around to trade disputesKnowledge and ExperienceBachelor'sDegree with 2+ years' work experience in a customer service/support roleExposureto commodity markets, financial trading environment, or equity brokeragebusiness is essential; exposure to futures markets, a plusGoodproblem-solving and analytical skillsFriendly,professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skillsMustbe self-directed and be able to work within a team environmentStrongattention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressureWorkingknowledge of computers, Microsoft operating systems, and in-depth knowledge ofstandard Microsoft Office application programsAbility to work varying shiftsIntercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an EqualOpportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
