Job Summary:

The Account Sales Representative is responsible for providing a high-level customer experience within their home improvement retail locations through demonstrating and selling the latest smart home technology products. The sales representative will be responsible for engaging customers on the sales floor, conducting product demos and offering lifestyle solution product recommendations. The sales representative is also responsible for fostering and maintaining a positive working relationship with The store associates \u0026amp; retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales productivity focused customer satisfaction within assigned retail locations

• Actively engage customers on the retail sales floor

• Maintain sound knowledge of various smart home solutions

• At t end requested training sessions and conference calls

• Establish business partnerships with assigned retail location retail management and employees

• Ensures proper merchandising at locations, including inventory awareness, proper product placement, demo maintenance, and brand compliance

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required

• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience preferably in consumer electronics, mobile or smart home


• Proactive customer engagement experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Engaging personality
