Georgia Employer SENIOR PROCUREMENT DATA ANALYST in Atlanta, Georgia

The Senior Data Analyst is a key role within Kindred at Home's Procurement Organization. The analyst will be responsible for building efficient data models from disparate data sources creating intuitive and insightful visual dashboards that vividly express metrics and KPIs. With guidance and requirements from product owners / stakeholders, the analyst will ingest data platforms and use to build actionable reporting and presentations.Core ResponsibilitiesDesign visually interactive and actionable dashboards using data visualization tools.Showcases ability to extract, collate, and transform data from disparate systems for reporting and analytics use.Analyze and understand data and identify data issues and anomalies, document them and work with IT professionals to put processes in place to correct them.Based on stakeholder change or enhancement request, assesses data availability, technique, and tool usage to best satisfy the need.Interacts and collaborates with cross-functional group across supply chain, IT, finance, product and others to design the best possible solution.Understand the needs of Senior Executives to present the results that can be easily consumed and acted upon.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Required SkillsEducational RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Mathematics/Statistics or other related field.3-5 years' experience in the field of data analytics with focus on data modeling and dashboard development, preferably in a Healthcare environmentQualifications3-5+ years in an analytics and reporting roleAbility to work effectively in a self-directed, fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong business partnering skills and ability to liaison across all levels of the organization.Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to present to various audiences.Strong attention to detail.Strong time management and organizational skills.Strong data analysis and data manipulation skills.Familiarity with Procurement and associated operations, such as sourcing and vendor management.Technical SkillsExperience with MicroStrategy, Tableau or similar visualization and reporting tool.Experience with VIPR (Vendor Intelligence Performance Reporting) or similar vendor intelligence tool.Familiarity with Ariba, VRPM, and BICS or similar spend analytics / PO system.Experience working in a geographically diverse team.Experience in process management or project managementAdvanced background in Microsoft Excel and PowerpointRequired ExperienceMONAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.
