Job ID : 7723Essential Functions and Primary DutiesResponsible for leading and executing IT Diligence projects serving clients across industries, bringing broad sector experience to bear to understand operating models, business processes, and benchmarks as part of IT Diligence reviewsManage all aspects of delivery of IT Diligence engagements for our clients from project startup, to onsite interviews and data gathering, analysis, deliverable creation and presentation - consistently exceeding client expectationsPossess executive presence with senior private equity leaders and C-level clientsDrive both business and practice development activities related to the IT Diligence practiceUtilize project management best practices to ensure budgets are estimated accurately and tracked against, margins are realized, and billing and collections standards are adhered toIdentify IT Diligence talent, providing mentorship and guidance to grow junior resourcesAct as an internal leader to develop and continuously improve IT Diligence and other related methodologies and delivery capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsBig 4 or similar consulting backgroundMinimum of 7 years of consulting experience with a specific industry domain expertise in one or more of the following from both an IT and business process perspective: manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, technology, business services, or retail/consumer productsDiverseconsulting experience - comfort in abstract / new situations or knowledge domainsDirect experience leading an IT organization with responsibility for operations and enterprise-level architecture, or extensive experience consulting to IT leadership across the technology stackKnowledge and experience working in the private equity and/or mergers and acquisitions environment, specifically in the areas of IT carve-out and merger integration leadershipMinimum of 2-3 years of managing complex IT-related projectsStrong project management methodology background, including the ability to scope engagements, define work breakdown structures and associated resource needs, manage client expectations, track risk and issues to delivery, and engage in strategic planning and analysis with senior client stakeholdersBachelor's degree in related discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other Information Technology-related) or business degree with significant IT industry expertiseERP / supply chain applications implementation and/or management experience preferredFunctional expertise in IT operations preferredAbility to travel 50%Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree required in technology-related field or Business Degree with appropriate IT job experience7 years of experience in IT or technology consulting related field5 years of supervisory experienceRelevant IT certifications preferredAbility to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessaryDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externallyProficient use of applicable technologyMust be able to travel based on business needsEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERCBIZ is an equal opportunity employer and reviews applications for employment without regard to the applicant's race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, gender, marital status, military status, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition or any other reason prohibited by law.
