Position Overview:

This role will be accountable for delivering differentiating Data & Analytics capabilities to the business across Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) Master Data functions. This role will have overall responsibility to manage and effectively deliver data use cases across CCNA functions such as Franchise and Commercial Leadership, National Retail Sales (NRS), Food Service On Premise (FSOP), Minute Maid and Customer Business Solutions (CBS) portfolios with a goal to simplify and standardize on CCNA standard platforms. In partnership with leadership teams in CCNA IT, this leader will ensure solutions are designed with end-to-end processes and industry best practices in mind.

Function Specific Activities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Demand Control Processes, Architecture, Delivery Monitoring, and Value Measurement for the strategic CCNA Master Data initiatives.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key business and IT groups and their leadership teams, by providing thought leadership, compelling communications and proficient execution

  • Implement Agile program/project management policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and transparent execution across the portfolio with the goal of implementing a full DevOps model.

  • Continuously provide detailed, accurate and timely updates on current activities to all stakeholders including CCNA CIO & Business Executives.

  • Develop multi-year IT Roadmap for areas of responsibility. Recruits and manages a team of direct reports comprised mostly of contractors with ownership of resulting administrative responsibilities.

  • Develop and manage program budgets and rolling estimates and proactively manages issues and risks associated with the budget.

  • Maintain influential knowledge of fast evolving technology trends and solutions offerings across various analytics platforms and capabilities.

  • Manage strategic vendors through all aspects of solution delivery and enforce CCNA IT's governance and controls framework. Simultaneously maintain continuous improvements in service delivery and cost effectiveness

  • Model a culture that improves the organization's comfort with the speed of change, challenging assumptions, relentless pursuit of improvement - all with a high sense of personal accountability.

  • Serve as a Coach and Mentor within the organization and provide career coaching and direction to team members


  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • BA/BS in Information Technology, Business, Management or industry-related curriculum preferred


  • Deep and wide familiarity with delivery Data use cases, program management and delivery management

  • Deep familiarity with Master Data tools - Informatica MDM, PIM, IDD, IDQ or other industry leading MDM tools

  • World Class Program & Project Execution: ability to manage the delivery of multiple complex and large-scale solution development initiatives in parallel across different functional/technical areas.

  • 6+ years of experience in IT architecture, technical design, and large-scale solution delivery with increasing managerial responsibility.

  • Excellent understanding of DevOps operating model

  • Comfortable and confident when speaking with clients as a technical expert and able to translate technical concepts into simple terminology for business client of various levels

  • Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend sound conclusions and implementation strategies

  • Team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment

  • Experience and passion to work in a fast-paced Agile environment, delivering functional features in small time durations

  • Experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying applications/systems using agile methodologies and automation tool sets

  • Ability to communicate with architects regarding technical design trade-offs including platforms, frameworks, scalability and performance

  • Foster a metrics-driven culture to drive accountability and transparency

  • Self-starter, self-confident and assured in personal abilities

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding for use, deployment and management of Big Data Platforms & Cloud Infrastructure platforms including AWS; and Business Intelligence/Visualization platforms such as MicroStrategy and Tableau.

  • Experience Operating data platforms such as Informatica MDM
