Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Team Manager.


  • Works directly with Sales Team Supervisors to ensure the volume of work produced meets/exceeds quality standards.

  • Evaluates and addresses performance of the teams

  • Develops and maintains relationships with Area Sales Managers and Directors in the field

  • Addresses and resolves customer complaints

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products and services and to provide sales support

  • Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field


  • 3+ years of management experience required

  • Organization and time management skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups

  • Ability to lead and motivate individuals and teams

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
