Job DescriptionPublic Records Product Specialist(Philadelphia/Washington D.C./Miami/Atlanta)Responsibilities:Demonstrate expert level product knowledge of Westlaw and CLEAR products (including desktop, batch and API access points) to support clients, sales and client management teamsBring industry and product insights to clients, sales, client management and internal business partners to direct product positioning in the marketTest and develop products alongside product development teams that drive revenue for the businessBe a thought leader to internal partners and when representing the company at trade shows and industry associations to drive sales leads and market presenceSkills/Qualifications:5+ years' experience with public records research (Westlaw and CLEAR platforms a plus)Must have a curious mindset, desire to dig into issues, play, troubleshoot, and ask questionsClient-facing experience and good customer presence including public speaking and presentation skillsSolid communication skills including email, phone, and in-personConsultative and solution-driven approachCreative thinker and problem solverAbility to cross-sell and strong partnership skillsJ.D.
