JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Dir, EHC Payroll, this position will be responsible for conducting payroll audit to ensure compliance. Will generate audit reports and identify payroll processing issues/concerns and provide input for process improvement to enhance and/or streamline payroll operations. Will function as lead resource for system upgrades, test payrolls, and special projects. Will provide support with weekly tax deposits, quarterly 941 reporting, year-end reconciliations, and file uploads as needed. Will provide resolution for complex payroll inquires and discrepancies. This individual must be knowledgeable of payroll processing procedures and how they may be impacted by system changes and upgrades.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field. Three years of progressive experience in payroll. Must have solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices. Must be knowledgeable of tax laws and regulations. Must have experience required with compiling, analyzing, and reviewing data. Strong Excel skills to include V-lookup and Pivot tables. Strong attention to details. Experience with PeopleSoft HR/Payroll system and Kronos Timekeeping system highly desirable. Education and years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. CCP preferred.
