Printpack, a leader in the flexible packaging industry, is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Manager, CPM Financial Systems.Experienced Finance professional with proven skills in accounting/finance and advanced technical skills in information systems. Able to work across functional groups to ensure accurate development of financial system's policies and procedures which align to enterprise-wide business strategies. Responsible for management of all development, deployment, and support efforts related to the company's financial systems. Financial systems include all financial modules within our ERP application, all financial reporting and analytical solutions within our CPM platform and any other tools or technologies that are financial in nature or interact with our financial systems including but not limited to Onestream, DAS, Bottomline, Concur, etc.Responsible for managing the day-to-day project execution and operations of these areas in the Finance Technology Team. Responsible for identifying, defining, and implementing any future solutions required to meet the company's CPM needs.Cross functional position requiring advanced knowledge of information technology and accounting principles.Information Technology - understanding of data architecture & design, working knowledge of current programming languages with an emphasis on .NET, and software development life cycles methodologies. Familiar with agile project management principles to support department projects.Accounting/Finance - must understand technical accounting principles (GAAP, FASB...) and be able to convert accounting pronouncements into solutions.Job breakdown by role:Management and Support (50%)Responsible for the CPM Systems function including direction and management of all development, deployment, and support efforts.Supports Finance Technology customers and functional SME's for all reported issues by identifying source of problem, assessing areas impacted, and developing and communicating resolution plans.Adhere to software development standards and applies agile concepts throughout the life cycleManagement of internal and external resources, including functional, technical and 3rd party resources and vendors.Lead team by example in documentation, communication, problem analysis, innovation, information gathering and knowledge management practices.Champion innovation of improving overall quality of solutions and team efficiencies.Contribute expertise to ERP and BI projects and solutions where appropriate.Project Execution and Solution Delivery (30%)Overall responsibility for project execution and management for all CPM Systemsprojects including strategic programs.Ensure project budgets, timelines and scope commitments are consistently met.Overseeing end-to-end implementation planning to include project management, issue management, communication and change management.Work closely with Business Leaders and Functional SME to set priorities and direction, understand requirements, and deliver agreed solutions.Guides project team to ensure the development effort results in a solution that meets customer needs and conform to standards.Strategy (20%)Participate in development and execution of Financial Systems portfolio strategy, deployment and retirement roadmap in close collaboration with business, finance and IT stakeholdersMonitor trends in relevant commercially available financial systems and other contemporary technology.
