Build and add leadership programs based on business needs or new principles.Manage Trainee learning platform. Provide support to field by answering questions and reporting errors to training. Acts as moderator for chats and discussion rooms.Develop role specific onboarding/training tracks as neededWorking with Division Training Managers, manage Mentor program for company employees. Track program for success and recommend changes.What you'll need:5 - 7 years' experience in Leadership program development and delivery.Experience in leadership training curriculum design and delivery through multiple channels such as eLearning, classroom, live web training.4-year degree in learning development, business management, or related field, or equivalent working experience.Ability to communicate in an influencing and collaborative style to gain results. Understands importance of utilizing varying methods of communication.Ability to use technology to provide information for making sound business decisions.Ability to successfully develop effective relationships with key people throughout the business operation.Work performed in a typical office environment with minimal work performed in a distribution center or store for learning p
