Job Description

The Fraud Payments Product Senior Manager will maximize profitability through a comprehensive product management process. Manages the life cycle of the fraud protection product for payments: design, development, maintenance, enhancement and exit. Leads research, analysis, design, development and implementation of new products for one or more divisions, product lines, or market segments. Analyzes, modifies and enhances existing products to maximize profitability and meet customer needs. Payments experience, ACH/Wire/Zelle/Real-Time a must, Fraud experience in payments preferred.


Minimum Qualifications: Seven+ years related experience in product management OR line experience working with products. Professional communication skills. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Ability to gather and synthesize ideas in developing and managing products. Strong financial analysis, Project management. Preferred Qualifications: Payments Background with ACH/Wire/Zelle/RTP strongly preferred. Fraud Experience in payments strongly preferred as well. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance and/or Marketing. Data Analytics experience. Strong risk acumen. Experience building a program. Strong interpersonal skills.
