Our caregivers focus on each unique patient to deliver the appropriate care and emotional support to our patients and their families.As a Financial Analyst - FP&A you will prepare financial analyses/budgets and act as a liaison to management for the interpretation of financial data. Prepare monthly financial management reports and assist in the monthly reviews. Works under general supervision but can act independently. Position reports to the Vice President, FP&A.Prepares and reviews monthly financial results for senior management. Analyzes profit and loss statements, prepares general analyses, and completes special projects/reporting as required.Provides presentations to senior and line management covering topics such as financial performance, improvements needed and changes to financial outlook.Responds to questions/problems regarding financial statements and budgets.Proactively performs research and analyses on profit and loss statements to understand key trends and issues.Prepares monthly financial management reports comparing current performance with year-to-date results and budget projections.
