ABB is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for its Atlanta, Georgia location. The responsibilities include to provide full time administrative support to Installation Products Managing Director and his staff Your responsibilitiesTypical duties/responsibilities for Sales may include, but are not limited to, the followingHandle contacts across all organizational levelsPlan and manage domestic and international travel; flights, hotels, visa requirements, local transportation and agendaOrganize schedules and prioritize incoming meeting requests working proactively to identify and mitigate schedule conflictsWork with sensitive information and maintain confidentialityAbility to multi-task and prioritizeMaintain a professional office environmentPrepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other business informationAssist in managing expense accounts and budgetsAnticipate needs and accomplishes responsibilities without directionManage multiple projects and priorities and initiates follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitmentsAssist in coordinating internal reviewsCoordinating PO processing and paymentsProvide backup support as needed for other executive assistants in the organization Your backgroundBasic QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED and Minimum of 8 years' experience working in an executive administrative position in a fast-paced environmentORMinimum 8 years of demonstrated successful organizational skills and ability to prioritize in an Administrative Assistant roleHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and WordPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated ability to exercise judgment and prioritize work and the ability to work with minimum supervisionExperience with SharePoint, Skype for Business and Concur TravelDemonstrate strong oral and written communication skillsFlexibility with overtime on short noticeAbility to effectively interface with all levels of the organization, including executivesAble to adapt to ever changing prioritiesStrong organizational, time management and prioritization skillsAbility to prepare business letters, proposals, summaries, and reports using prescribed format and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style using all parts of speechAbility to work independently with minimal directionResourceful, proactive, assertive, detail oriented, energeticAbility to work well in team environment and to perform under pressure and against tight deadlinesAbility to support multiple projects and balance conflicting needsWillingness and ability to work a flexible schedule when necessaryEqual Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action at ABB Inc.ABB Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religious creed, national origin, physical or mental disability, protected Veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
