DescriptionJOB SUMMARY: The EHS Coordinator will be a key influencer of safety, environmental and health behaviors in the Luck Stone Business unit. She or he will work closely with all associates to advance the health and safety performance in order to achieve the corporate safety and environmental objectives. They will assist associates in achieving a 100% knowingly compliant work place.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS55% of Job: Lead and proactively promote integration of Value Safety. Lead and reinforce on-site MSHA and OSHA safety programs and behaviors. Manage Part 46 Training compliance program. Lead, organize, and follow up on MSHA/OSHA site safety inspection program. Conduct Near-Miss, Loss Control, and Injury Investigations. Assist Risk Manager with insurance reporting as needed.35% of Job: Lead management of on-site environmental program, compliance, and issues resolution. Lead and complete environmental audit and inspections. Complete permit applications and correspondence. Ensure SPCC implementation and documentation is complete.10% of Job: Assist Occupational Health Manager with HAZCOM program compliance. EMS implementation and documentation.
