Do you enjoy providing insight to leaders that result in actionable recommendations?As the Dayforce Data Intelligence Analyst, you will work closely with the Product Management, Strategy, and Finance teams. You will be responsible for analysis of pricing performance data, product KPI data, and strategy recommendations to the product's leadership team.What you will be doingDive deep into customer data and connect our quantitative/qualitative research insights to help us better understand how we can improve the customer journeyHelp drive strategic decision-making and make business recommendations based on detailed analysis, insights and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)Work with the Product teams to ensure we are capturing relevant & accurate dataCreate and maintain the right dashboards and data models in our BI platformPresenting recommendations to key stake holders of the organizationRequirementsA degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or another quantitative field or equivalent experience2-4 years of professional experience working with a wide variety of data sets to drive outcomes cross-functionallyEnergetic team player who isn't afraid to ask the tough questions of themselves and others, and excels at independently solving problemsExperience creating reports and dashboards in PowerBI from multiple data sourcesUnderstanding of the R or Python is preferred but not a requirementAbility to work effectively under pressure and with shifting prioritiesFlexibility in working style, eager to collaborate with a team (often virtually) and to engage in independent workReasons to applyJoin a high-performance HCM product team that is engaged and excited to come to work each dayCollaborate and work with talented and diverse people that know how to deliver resultsContribute to the success of a company that builds award-winning technology that transforms the employee experienceCeridian combines the excitement of a startup environment, with the growth opportunities of a large organization.
