Customer Success Manager

IRONSCALES is seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success Team. As a member of the Global Customer Care team you will be responsible for enabling our world-class customer experience by servicing our clients through inbound requrests and customer community engagements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Core Security products and services are effectively adopted and delivering business value

  • Create and provide web-based sessions to educate customers on best practices, new features, etc.

  • Understand customers’ use cases and serve as their champion for Core Security

  • Leverage all Core teams during the entire customer life cycle and provide constant internal feedback

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers’ business and appropriately position our value

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, both decision-makers and end-users

  • Investigate, track and resolve customer concerns (if relevant, by working with the product manager or R&D team)

  • Maintain accurate customer data in Zendesk, JIRA and Salesforce

  • Manage customer satisfaction to improve Net Promoter Score

  • Collaborate with Sales teams to:

  • Identity cross-sell and other business opportunities

  • Effectively and efficiently manage and drive closure of renewal and expansion business


  • 1+ years of Technology, Software industry experience – advantage

  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience with a passion to serve – advantage

  • Strong organizational, problem solving, time management, and verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, on a team, and in a fast-paced environment

  • High motivation, willing to do whatever it takes to ensure customer and company success

  • Technical orientation – good networking (protocols, routing, gateways etc.), windows, SMTP, and scripting knowledge

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce

  • Experience with JIRA and Zendesk – advantage

  • Basic Linux knowledge – advantage

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
