    • The Role:
  • The Schedule / Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring schedules are completed and departments are appropriately staffed for events.

  • In addition, they are responsible for processing and maintaining payroll records in accordance with Live Nation payroll policies.

    • Job Functions:
  • Build events in ABI/TMSS

  • Manage ABI templates, event changes / updates

  • Manage ESS

  • Produce and post documents for band members

  • Communicate with GM on staffing levels

  • Communicate with Ops Mgr for early access events or special event needs

  • Staff / Schedule all departments with input from department managers/supervisors

  • Train employees on ESS, encourage use

  • Manage communication to employees re: event updates and their schedules

  • Communicate to HR any employee issues; understand employees on HR timeout.

  • Provide staffing reports

  • Support security manager and department manager/sups with employee redeployment's

  • Track employee redeployment's, make adjustments in ABI

  • Manage check-in process

  • Prepare event reports and share band member event changes for payroll processing

  • Work with Experience Manager on employee attendance, etc.

  • Support orientation days and job fairs

    • Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • At least 2 years in a similar or like position.
    • Great attention to detail and ability to work against deadlines.
    • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
    • A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
    • Position requires constant sitting, typing, walking and occasional lifting over 25lbs.
