BrightWave Account Manager in Atlanta, Georgia
BrightWave, an Ansira Company, is searching for a multi-talented Account Manager. This email marketing wunderkind can support email and eCRM/Loyalty program planning for multiple agency accounts, working in tandem with the client and internal teams to manage a bundle of competing tasks and deliverables.
The AM is the main day-to-day relationship manager for ongoing client communication and is responsible for the tactical execution of the vision set by the Account Director. As the day-to-day point of contact for our clients, the AM is responsible for the intake of client requests and filtering them into the agency to ensure both the relationship vision and individual project plan initiatives are on track, driving toward the goals of the client and their program. The AM reports to the Account Director.
3+ years of client management experience with an interactive agency managing digital programs
Extensive understanding of email and eCRM/Loyalty programs
Experience working with creative, strategy, analytics and IT resources and a thorough understanding of related deliverables
Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules; handling multiple accounts at once while meeting tight deadlines
Familiarity with project management processes (timeline development, trafficking, etc.) and quality assurance/control (QA/QC) protocols (this role will collaborate closely with our campaign/project management team)
Experience with accounting processes for projects - includes forecasting, scoping/billing and managing a account specific P&L
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly in both oral and written communication
Ability to support idea generation and/or new business initiatives, when needed
Bachelor?s Degree or Advanced Degree
