ABB is seeking an Alliance Account Manager for its Atlanta, Georgia location. Alliance Account Manager will be responsible to double sales by 2021. We will move to a "hunting" team and acquire new customers. We will align BU segments and collaborate with divisions to maximize our growth potential. We will use the synergies with ELIS and to expand our revenue. This role will be focused on target segments including elevators and people movers and food and Beverage. Your responsibilities Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:* Responsible for achieving key targets (e.g. volume, price, and mix) for ABB EP in market segments Semiconductor products by proposing target accounts and ensures their achievement with a structured follow up process.* Creates added value for the customer by utilizing value-based selling skills. Responsible for bridging the gaps between OEMs/Panelbuilders and end user by ensuring a coordinated sales approach with ABB Consultant Engineering specialist.* Leads the development and implementation of the account plan to organize the customer activities for integration of ABB products and solutions* Participates in the development of ABB EP strategy by providing the customer's current and long-term business plans and by scouting new customers and opportunities.* Maintains and shares knowledge of the customer's application, purchasing behavior, organization, decision-makers, customer business drivers, economic trends, and competition* Manages and develops appropriate relationships with customers and key accounts. Supports customers in adopting the new products and facilitates problem resolution.
