Strategic Account Manager France and BENELUX - Large Enterprise

With the recent launch of our new solution, Workforce Dimensions, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager who is looking for a new challenge to utilise their direct selling skills to sell HCM SaaS/Cloud solutions into enterprise customers. Workforce Dimensions incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning functionality and is powered be the Kronos D5 platform and by identifying and developing new enterprise business opportunities this role will drive customer growth and maintain/expand relationships with strategically important customers.
This role will cover France and the BENELUX region
• Maximising sales revenue (software, cloud, hardware, and professional services) delivering 100%+ of agreed booking / revenue targets by managing complex sales cycles
• Defining an account plan/sales strategy to scale and encourage further sales opportunities.
• Developing and communicating effective business plans for key customers to establish Kronos as a strategic long-term partner
• Establishing new business prospects through self-generated activities, conversion of leads and participation in sales and marketing campaigns and events
• Building business focused relationships, demonstrating clear understanding of industry issues and the particular business goals, needs and potential solutions for individual accounts.
• Generate incremental business within existing accounts through selling additional licences, modules across the organisation or upgrades or new solutions
• Coordinating and directing appropriate pre-sales, professional services and other support resources to successfully deliver solutions to clients
• Proven experience in driving new business sales, successful experience within enterprise IT /software Solution / ERP Solution/SAP
• Experience selling into Manufacturing or Retail & Distribution services would be advantageous
• Proven successful sales track-record and can demonstrate a ‘hunter’ mentality
• Works through network and search, you will have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present a clear business case
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English
• Business and financial acumen and relationship management skills
• Strategic vision and planning capabilities
• Driven to succeed through discipline and self-motivation and a positive & entrepreneurial attitude: ‘can do - will do’ mentality
