Oracle Senior Manager Cloud Client Success Specialist - IaaS/PaaS Architecture in Ashburn, Virginia

Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.

Drive operational performance goals and will be responsible for achieving quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations. Build team, improve internal processes and systems to achieve operational performance that meets or exceeds goals. Establish and measure group goals and team performance against specific target objectives. Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds on going customer relationships to drive renewals, maximize timely renewals and up sell to the client. Drives client issue resolution by bringing the appropriate resources in to assist or escalating to VP.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs. Prefer 10 years of professional experience with at least 2 years People Manager experience. Demonstrated experience in implementation or client facing relationship experience. Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems. Experience managing high level client relationships and escalations. Industry experience is desired.

DetailedDescription and Job Requirements

Manage a team of highlyskilled Cloud Customer Success Specialists (CSM) for the IaaS / PaaS business. Will be responsible for managing Sales, development, product management,and senior level interactions both internally at Oracle and with customers. Focused on a segment of the business on driving adoption of Oraclesolutions, retention, and renewals of existing cloud customers and working withpre-sales on new strategic new cloud customers. Drive maximum adoption ofOracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via highvalue relationship with the client.

Develop long-term partnership with our largest and mostcomplex cloud clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the fullvalue of their investment with us to ensure client continues to use / replenish/ renews contract with Oracle. Responsible for maintaining a high level ofclient satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle'sinternal operations. Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities.Interface at highest levels both internally and within clients. Assigned sideprojects designed to move the client success organization forward. Required toact as mentor to new CSMs. Looking for deep Oracle skills acrossdatabase, security, middleware and able to help customer architect nextgeneration cloud deployments in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
