Nestle Recruitment Marketing - Employment Branding Strategist in Arlington, Virginia

As a member of the Recruiting Team, partner with business leaders and internal stakeholders to use talent market insights to drive targeted and impactful communication campaigns.
You will spend your time as our Employer Brand champion by
•Extending employer brand to appeal to targeted talent segments by crafting sub-messaging platforms specific to each audience, such as by function, location, critical role, campus, military, diversity for the recruiting organization (Think Career Site, Job intro’s and job advertisements)
•Developing relationships with key internal partners to influence employer brand decisions and become a trusted partner with HR, Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, Internal Communications, Corporate Affairs, Marketing and business leaders
•Championing the candidate experience from first touch point through to application, interview, pre-boarding and on-boarding via communication.
You will lead our Recruitment Marketing Activation strategies by
•Acting as the point of contact for all recruitment marketing requests and translate the request to the Center of Marketing Expertise (CME) and partner organizations for creation and delivery. (Sponsored Posts, Imagery requests, billboard design)
•Leading event and key recruitment activity amplification strategy, working with the team to align messaging content to the need and for an external audience
•Driving external facing content creation strategy for recruitment tools. May provide perspective on recruitment materials and job postings to ensure brand cohesion and a high standard quality.
•Monitoring effectiveness of campaigns and provide requesting Partners with the results
•Owning the Jobs@Nestle Channel (editing and approval of content)
You will own our Internal Team Communications by (20%)
•Developing and maintain employer brand activation toolkit for Recruiters
•Creating ongoing communications (team newsletter, presentations, intranet and campus news updates, etc.)
The ideal candidate will be highly curious, innovative, data-driven, creative problem solver, collaborative, relationship-oriented.
•Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication, digital media or related field
•3 or more years of experience leading recruitment marketing strategies
•High energy self-starter who is intellectually curious and passionate about digital engagement experiences
•Extraordinary story telling skills including creative direction, copy writing, copy editing. Demonstrates ability to craft compelling, emotional and relevant messages.
•Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to establish relationships with internal and external partners, build cross-functional partnerships and present to, interact with and influence senior executives
•Proven organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
•High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools
•Experience with using data analytics to drive optimization and effectiveness of channels, content strategies and return on investment
•Experience developing creative and innovative strategies for websites, social media, email marketing, search engine optimization and events
•Digital agency experience
•Digital Production Project Management (Video Shoot, Photo Shoot)
