E3 Federal Solutions Process Improvement Analyst - DODF9 in Arlington, Virginia

Defense - E3/Sentinel’s Defense Division supports customers across the Department of Defense, including the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Department of the Navy, National Guard Bureau, Office of the Inspector General, and Washington Headquarters Services. E3/Sentinel seeks a Business Process Analyst with and understanding of Human Capital strategy to support our Washington Headquarters Services Facilities Division Continuous Process Improvement and Business Process Re-engineering support contract.

  • Conduct detailed research and analysis, and complete product development and compilations (reports, summaries, and policy memorandums) related to manpower studies, reviews, and restructurings.

  • Develop and deliver executive summaries, briefing, or case study which summarizes any recommendations for organizational and management solutions.

  • Work in a team to support key initiatives associated with workforce engagement programs such as onboarding, mentorship and sponsorship.

  • Coordinate and deliver monthly onboarding program for division employees and contractors; oversee quality management of program and make improvements, as needed.

  • Provide technical/functional management direction for problem definition, analysis and requirements development and implementation. Recommends and advises on strategy, analytical approach, improvements, optimization, and WHS/FSD/FFD related skills

  • Perform complex tasks, analyze succession planning strategies, design and perform special studies; and report results to improve the overall operational and Quality Assurance (QA) effectiveness for FFD.

  • Must be able to pass a NACI investigation

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or related field of study

  • 5 years' experience as a analyst

  • Ability to collaborate in large teams, communicate and work independently is essential as well

  • Familiarity with the Senate Productivity and Quality Award for Virginia (SQVA-VA) criteria

  • Understanding Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, such as MS Project

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
