OVERVIEW: phia LLC is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Operations Policy Planner and Communications Analyst to join
our team of qualified, diverse individuals to support Department of Homeland Security. Candidate will support the Communications/Publications team with international stakeholder communications & engagement.
Facilitate operational planning that aligns with policy and coordinate internal processes and procedures,
Support communication/engagements with internal/external NCCIC stakeholders.
Effectively communicates to technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrates an understanding of enterprise-wide application of cyber policy and operations.
Maintains awareness of and reports significant cyber-related policy issues affecting the NCCIC
Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years’ experience
Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
Leadership & people management
Strong written & oral communications skills
Creative problem solving
Familiarity with Program and Project Management
15+ years of relevant experience.
Cyber related certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security +, etc.)
Familiarity with the DHS or NCCIC environment
DHS suitability or EOD
