The Marketing Web specialist will deliver best in class consumer engagement across own and operated channels (website, mobile, ecomm, CRM, emails), managing our current digital experience for MyGerber consumers and anonymous consumers. The role works closely with brand teams and our services/CRM specialists to build relevance for our brands and deliver best in class product experience.
The role will act as the strategic lead for online engagement, personalized experience and brand store for our own and operated channels. They will lead the implementation of key projects including new website, PCE, and updated content strategy and brandstore stratgey.
Continued evolution of enhanced CX on Gerber Website: Lead the continued execution of our 3 year vision for our brand as a service. Managing the delivery of key enhancements to the new Gerber site experience, expand on personalization capabilities at scale on Gerber.com and cross-channel.
Implementation: Partner with internal and external agencies and Technology team to deliver implementation of technologies to enhance Gerber's tech stack on time and on budget in Gerber's owned and operated channels. Integrating advanced technology capability to maximize engagement and lifetime value of our consumers.
Gerber.com Maintenance: Management of ongoing content and technical maintenance on Gerber.com. Make recommendations and work with internal stakeholders to implement site technical and content enhancements.
Brand Team Partnership: Execute brand plan and product integration across brand website and brandstore.
Gerber Store: Collaborate with brand store team to deliver business results, focusing on delivering Demand from our MyGerber parents. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and lead marketing initiatives related to expansion of the store.
College degree and preferably MBA
Strong operation experience in digital mktg, website management and CRM in CPG (2 years experience)
Strong understanding of digital and personalization technology
Experience in managing digital agency and tech vendors
Excellent organization skills, detail orientation, strategic and results driven
Attention to detail and ability to deliver results on time and within budget
Strong written, verbal, listening and online communication skills
Ability to communicate with various departments
Proven team building, delegation, prioritization and collaboration skills
Ability to lead and facilitate meetings across various departments with varied audiences
