E3/Sentinel is looking for an individual to be a part of a high performing team that leads the travel support services for the Defense Travel System (DTS), passports and visas, country clearances (APACS), and other OCONUS/ CONUS travel related needs. The ideal team member will be customer focused, provide positive interactions in all situations, proactive, a problem solver, and produce high quality products under time-sensitive constraints.
Provide travel administration support for the Defense Travel System (DTS), including walking users through document processing steps and providing troubleshooting assistance.
Provide training for DTS users and operators, and review DTS transactions. Enroll new users in local databases and register profiles, in accordance with policies and procedures, and ensure all users are aware of processing procedures and requirements.
Provide guidance regarding business rules and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) compliance issues.
Coordinate travel requirements to include local, CONUS and international destinations.
Support the changes to travel and assist in any required pre-travel clearance and approvals in a timely manner.
Advise and assist customers in managing Government Travel Cards.
At least (5) five years of in-depth DTS experience required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Communication skills to effectively interface with senior military/Civilian officials, managers, and customers.
Current DOD Secret clearance is required with ability to obtain Top Secret.
Top Secret with SCI eligibility is preferred.
