Nestlé USA is looking for a dynamic Talent Sourcer (Recruiter) to build a robust talent pipeline of candidates for current and future openings. The Talent Sourcer partners with Talent Advisors, Campus Recruiters and other members of the Recruiting team to execute the most effective and innovative talent sourcing strategies. This role will offer a remote options, working from a home office on a contract basis.


Talent Sourcing Service Delivery:

  • Deliver world-class recruiting services to our business partners

  • Participate in strategic recruitment meetings with Talent Advisors, Hiring Managers, and hiring teams to identify the hiring need, define the right profile and agree on the recruitment strategy with a service level agreement

  • Identify key behavioral and technical competencies that drive success, share recruitment sourcing strategy, and set expectations around process and timeline

  • Execute talent sourcing tactics such as direct sourcing, database mining, networking, name generation, cold-calling, university relations, industry events, associations, online communities, external research, social media, etc.

  • Conduct behavioral interviews using behavioral-based competency talent selection methods

  • Prepare and present status reports to Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners on the talent marketplace and the strength of our talent pipeline

  • Meet aggressive talent pipeline development goals and metrics

  • Maintain robust talent pipeline in candidate relationship management database (CRM)

  • Manage requisitions in accordance to the Nestlé Compliance

Talent Sourcing Strategy & Planning:

  • Partner with Talent Advisory teams to establish a proactive talent pipeline strategy in accordance with functional workforce planning

  • Recommend and implement proactive talent sourcing programs to build a talent pipeline for key roles and hard-to-fill positions with a deep understanding the competitive talent marketplace

  • Conduct Research and recommend best practices in talent sourcing

  • Partner with Recruitment Marketing to incorporate employer branding and social media tactics into talent sourcing plans


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing and talent selection

  • Sourcing experience in a large national or global corporation highly preferred

  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, human resources or related field highly preferred


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing and talent selection

  • Proven results recruiting in the Enterprise Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Modeling or Finance fields highly preferred

  • Recruiting experience in a large national or global corporation highly preferred


  • An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to talent sourcing, assessing, applicant tracking, closing offer processes and relationship management

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct competency-based recruitment

  • Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of stakeholders and clients

  • Ability to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs through capturing key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates and utilizing diverse sourcing channels

  • Demonstrated ability to use e-recruitment and web technologies to support Talent Selection including, but not limited to applicant tracking systems, social and digital media

  • Ability to apply business knowledge into practical solutions based on business strategy or organizational changes

  • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible

  • Excellent project management, writing, and verbal communication skills are required

  • Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of leaders

  • Ability to influence and negotiate with business leaders and HR partners

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

  • Ability to create and maintain documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to understand and interpret data, analyze trends and identify actionable insights

  • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures

  • Must be willing to travel up to 10%
