The Brand Services & CRM Specialist will deliver best in class consumer engagement across owned and operated channels (website, mobile, CRM, emails), managing our current digital experience for MyGerber consumers. S/he will optimize our experiences to drive up acquisition, engagement and loyalty. The role will work closely with our digital data analyst and web specialist to drive actionable recommendations on enhancing the MyGerber ecosystem and delivering on key metrics.
Continue the expansion of Dotti, our personalized messaging service across new platforms and technology partners. Work with the Parents resource center to continue improving the Dotti experience and deliver best in class satisfaction and engagement metrics.
MyGerber Strategy Engagement: Execute My Gerber engagement & content plan across email, web, rewards, and MyGerber utilities ensuring we meet objectives for both acquisition and engagement goals.
Execute brand plan and product integration across emails and MyGerber communications. Act as key point of contact for leveraging 1st party data for insights and targeting.
Manages Gerber database, data analysis, consumer segmentation, and 1st party data strategy in partnership with agency and data analyst.
College degree and preferably MBA
Strong operation experience in digital mktg, website management and CRM in CPG (2 years experience)
Strong understanding of digital and personalization technology
Experience in managing digital agency and tech vendors
