Our team has an immediate need for an experienced Administrative Assistant whom will be responsible for a variety of administrative/clerical support tasks supporting the legal and contracts management staff.
Provide administrative support to Senior Counsel and contracts management staff
Perform a variety of routine and non-routine administrative and clerical tasks
Answer telephone, take and relay messages, screen callers and direct calls accordingly
Copy documents and materials
Make travel arrangements
Assist in maintaining claims and litigation database
Prepare contract revisions and review documents to ensure negotiated changes were made
Assist other administrative assistants as needed
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
High School Diploma/GED (Bachelors Degree preferred)
United States Citizenship
5 years related administrative experience required
Experience in a legal, architectural/engineering firm, environment or similar field preferred
Self-motivated, competent in office administrative procedures
Proficiency in grammar, articulate speech and accuracy in typing and computer skills required
Must have good organizational and time management skills for working multiple task assignments received from multiple sources; good human relations skills, and professional appearance
Must be able to work occasional overtime
Windows environment experience; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint required
