Confidential Employer Busser in ARDMORE, Pennsylvania

Essential Functions Pick up complete orders from the kitchen and take to the appropriate server. Work with the kitchen expeditor to prepare complete orders on a serving tray. Stock side stations with linen, ice, silverware, glassware, butter, water, and other related food & beverage supplies. Serve and refill water, butter, and rolls at assigned tables. Bus tables (removing soiled items to dishwashing area) and replace with clean linen and tableware. Clean tabletops; dust and clean chairs. Clean off all food service trays and utensils. Marginal Functions Maintain a high level of safety and cleanliness. Prepare preparation of all condiments, etc. used for dining service. Sweep dining area as needed. Remove soiled linens to designated areas. Environmental Demands Work is performed outdoors on the terraces and the tent, and indoors in any dining room, bar and kitchen. Exposure to extreme heat and bitter cold temperatures. Intellectual Demands Ability to follow oral and written directions Willingness to learn and adapt to new job tasks Proactive in individual and group task settings Know the dining rooms and table numbers. Physical Demands Extended periods of standing and walking for anywhere between 5-13 hours daily. Frequent lifting of food trays, dishes, glassware, tables, and chairs up to 50 lbs. Constant bending, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
