Our growing client in the North Metro has an opening for a new role, they are seeking a Construction Operations Coordinator: Primary responsibilities include entering all new projects into internal systems; tracking job schedules; obtaining estimates; and managing all required documentation and paperwork related to purchase and change orders. The ideal candidate adapts well to shifting priorities and can complete tasks with a high degree of quality, minimal supervision, and attention to detail. Duties and Responsibilities: * Enter all new jobs into internal systems following established processes; manage schedules and confirm updates are made when needed * Update and maintain estimate bidding lists, receive and file all bids in internal system * Prepare and file estimates, budgets, contracts, purchase orders and other documents pertinent to projects; maintain records, logs and submittals * Identify pricing discrepancies between estimates and invoices * Prepare and maintain change orders * Communicate both verbally and electronically with subcontractors and vendors regarding schedules, purchase orders and change orders * Manage changes and updates to site insurance verification; maintain records * Draft supplemental legal agreements for partners * Prepare all reports and documents for project meetings * Complete other administrative duties, as assigned

Requirements

Required Skills: * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experienced in using advanced formulas, conditional formatting, and tables formatting * Detail oriented, organized * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment * Enthusiastic and self-starting approach * Associate degree required; Bachelor?s degree preferred * Five (5) years of operations or project coordination experience required * Experience in the construction industry a plus
