CACI International Industrial Security Specialist in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
What you'll get to do:
You will assist in a variety of security related services and support to security cleared personnel which may include coordinating indoctrinations, debriefing, polygraph scheduling and providing correspondence for personnel security actions to include, but not limited to, SCI Eligibility processing. You will manage and track the security clearance process and ensure key personnel are informed of candidate processing. You will maintain accurate customer staffing roster logs and submit sponsorship/de-sponsorship letters. You will maintain general access control listings and be familiar with the operation of intrusion detection systems (IDS.) You will also present general security briefings and specific in-house indoctrination briefings to cleared employees. You will be responsible for incoming and outgoing visitor clearance/access certifications for both collateral and SCI programs. You will manage and maintain security databases and will also maintain DD Form 254 files for classified contracts. You will maintain confidentiality of employee personal information. You will investigate, document and report security incidents or violations and ensures follow-up action as appropriate.
You'll bring these qualifications:
Must have ability to obtain a TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility
Ability to successfully complete and maintain a polygraph
Minimum High School diploma
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks, frequently with short turnaround times, using sound judgment and good business practices while maintaining good working relationships with both internal and external customers
Office management experience and knowledge of PC operations and applications to include MS Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Power-Point.
