Parsons is managing a Technical Services (TS) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work; conduct studies, analysis, testing and measuring; perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews; commissioning services; and construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders.
Parsons is seeking a Team Lead to perform the following:
Manage the Facilities Assessment team
Interface daily with clients POC
Provide assessment and data analysis support
Plan and coordinate all survey work for the team
Perform all Quality Assurance\Quality Control on collected and entered survey data
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related technical/business field (or equivalent experience)
12+ years of related work experience.
Applicants selected for employment will be subject to a federal background investigation and must meet additional eligibility requirements for access to classified information or materials.
Must be US Citizen
Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field.
Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, have excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are also required.
Must be knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.
Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to walk for long periods (6 to 8 hours/day) and climb ladders
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Top Secret SCI Poly clearance.
