Kelly Services Administrative Assistant I in Andover, Massachusetts

Kelly Services is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant I for one of our top Healthcare Insurance clients for their Andover, MA location.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to an individual or department.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

This is not a remote position

Job Duties:


  • Maintains general files, orders supplies, screens phone calls and coordinates meetings.\t

  • Compiles and distributes meeting minutes.\t

  • Coordinates travel plans and submits expense reports.\t

  • Compiles, collates, assembles meeting/presentation materials.\t

  • Utilizes various software packages to produce professional quality reports, letters, presentations and other documents. \t

  • Performs various technical support duties such as information gathering, reporting, tracking and researching.\t

  • Organizes chart up-dates.

Job Requirements:


  • Requires a HS diploma or GED;\t

  • 2 years administrative experience that include proficiency with personal computer and appropriate software, minimum typing skills of 45 wpm and good proof reading skills; or any combination of education and experience.\t

  • Needs to be able to be professional and answer phones for vice president as well as maintain calendars for 3 directors and schedule meetings are needed through our outlook system.\t

  • Knowledge of excel, access, outlook and powerpoint preferred.
