Calling all HR Assistants. We are looking for a detail oriented HR Assistant. The HR Assistant assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR Assistant helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff. The HR Assistant also reports to the HR Manager who the HR assistant helps to fulfill their responsibilities. The HR Assistant also assists company managers with HR issues.

Responsibilities:

Conducts new hire and temporary employee orientation. Assist with the implementation and tracking of company safety and health programs. Assists in the development and implementation of an employee handbook and new personnel policies and procedure. Prepares paperwork required for new hires and establishes personnel file. Schedule job interviews and ensure that all application conform with EEO requirements. Answer basic questions about employee benefits, health plans, and pension plans. Assist with all of the activities of the Human Resources office, including typing, record-keeping, and handling routine correspondence. Requirements

HS Diploma or GED At least 1 year experience in HR or related field. Bilingual Strong professionalism
